AWE Data Entry Kit for AWE Pre-College Survey Instruments

Use the AWE Data Entry Kit for Elementary, Middle and High School as a data entry management and reporting tool for your Middle School and/or High School paper surveys. There are four downloadable MS EXCEL spreadsheets: two for data entry and one for entering participant information.

The AWE Data Entry Template and Instructions Spreadsheet offers a place to record responses to the AWE Pre-College surveys and a guide to creating graphs and statistics for use in evaluating the activity and reports.

Use the "AWE Participant Template" spreadsheet to enter individual participant names in a separate spreadsheet from participant data and thus maintain confidentiality of your respondents.

You will find complete instructions for the templates on the first worksheet in each spreadsheet.
